Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry! With us, all webshop orders are: not satisfied, money back. You can cancel your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

Returns Policy

By law, you have 14 days to return items, but we have extended this period to 30 days. This means that you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. The item must be in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). Use the included return label and register your return via your customer account to speed up the process in our warehouse.

What to do in case of an incomplete or damaged product?

We strive to deliver high quality products. Should you receive a defective, damaged or incomplete item, we will provide a suitable solution. If your product becomes defective within the return period, you can contact our customer service for warranty.

For every product that you buy via our webshop, a legal guarantee of 2 years applies. This means that the product must meet what you can reasonably expect. Any own or factory guarantees do not affect these legal rights. If your product becomes defective outside the return period but within the guarantee period, you can find what you should do in our guarantee conditions.

Refund after return

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price including delivery costs as soon as possible. We will do this within a maximum of 10 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the original transaction.
