Shipping policy

When placing an order, you naturally want to know when you can expect your package and what the shipping costs are. It is also helpful to know which carrier will deliver your package and whether you can track your order. Below, we answer these questions so you know exactly what to expect.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you order on weekdays before 7:30 PM, your package will be shipped the same day and you can have it at home the next day. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday, so you can expect them on Tuesday.

Are there shipping costs?

With us, you always know exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping costs. Are you ordering within the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany? Then you benefit from €30,- free shipping from an order amount of €30,-. If your order is between €10,- and €30,-, we charge only €4.95 to safely deliver your package to your home. For small orders up to €10,-, the shipping costs amount to €7.95.

We keep the rates clear and fair for customers across the border as well. If you live in France or Austria, we ship for free as soon as your shopping cart totals €50,- or more. If the order amount is between €30,- and €50,-, you pay €7.95; for a value of €10,- to €30,-, the cost is €9.95. If your order is less than €10,-, we charge €12.95 shipping costs.

In short: the higher the order amount, the more advantageous (and often even free) the shipping. This way, you can shop worry-free, knowing that you will never be faced with surprises.

Which carrier delivers my package?

We work with DHL for the delivery of our packages. DHL delivers the package to the address you provided. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a message with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number via email with which you can track your package through DHL. Additionally, you will receive an email from DHL with the option to coordinate the delivery or change the address to a DHL pickup point. If you have the DHL app, the delivery will also appear there, so you are always informed about the status of your order.

What happens if I am not at home?

If you are not at home, there are several options:

  • Delivery to neighbors: DHL can deliver your package to your neighbors.
  • Delivery at a DHL ServicePoint: The package will be delivered the next working day to a nearby DHL ServicePoint, where you can pick it up yourself.
  • Online changes: You can schedule a new delivery attempt or change the delivery address via the link in the received email or through the DHL app.

Note: The package will remain available at the DHL ServicePoint for 5 days. Make sure to pick it up within this period.
