Shipping policy

When placing an order, you naturally want to know when you can expect your package and what the shipping costs are. It is also useful to know which carrier will deliver your package and whether you can track your order. Below, we answer these questions so you know exactly what to expect.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Do you order on a working day before 8:00 PM? Then we ship your package the same day. You will usually receive it within 1 to 2 working days.

Do you order before Saturday afternoon? Then you will receive your package on Monday.

Do you order on Sunday? Then we prepare your order for shipping on Monday. You can expect your package on Tuesday.

Are there shipping costs?

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

  • From €30: free shipping
  • €10 to €29.99: €4.95
  • Up to €9.99: €7.95

Austria

  • From €50: free shipping
  • €30 to €49.99: €7.95
  • €10 to €29.99: €9.95
  • Up to €9.99: €12.95

France

  • Fixed shipping costs of €7.95, no free shipping available

Which carrier will deliver my package?

We work with DHL and FedEx for the delivery of our packages. DHL or FedEx will deliver the package to the address you provided. If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a message with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email, which allows you to track your package via DHL or FedEx. You will also receive an email from DHL/FedEx with the option to adjust the delivery or change the address to a pickup point. If you have the DHL app, the delivery will also appear there, so you are always informed about the status of your order.

What happens if I am not at home?

If you are not at home, there are several options:

  • Delivery to the neighbours: DHL can deliver your package to your neighbours.
  • Delivery to a DHL ServicePoint: The package will be delivered on the next working day to a nearby DHL ServicePoint, where you can collect it yourself.
  • Online changes: You can schedule a new delivery attempt or change the delivery address via the link in the email you received or via the DHL app.

Please note: The package remains available for 5 days at the DHL ServicePoint. Make sure you collect it within this period.
