Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry! For all webshop orders with us: not satisfied, money back. You can cancel your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
Returns Policy
According to the law, you have 14 days to return items, but we have extended this period to 30 days. This means you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). Contact our customer service to register a return. Upon approval, you will receive an RMA number and the address to which you can send the return. This return address is a free reply number.
What to do with an incomplete or damaged product?
We strive to deliver high-quality products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incomplete item, we will provide an appropriate solution. If your product becomes defective within the return period, you can contact our customer service for warranty.
For every product you purchase through our webshop, a statutory warranty of 2 years applies. This means that the product must meet what you can reasonably expect. Any personal or factory warranties do not affect these statutory rights. If your product breaks down outside the return period but within the warranty period, you can find what to do in our warranty terms.
Refund after returning
As soon as we have received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount including delivery costs as soon as possible. We do this within a maximum of 10 days. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the goods back, whichever happens first. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the original transaction.
