The camera is fully flexible thanks to its rechargeable battery and solar panel with 2-metre cable, ideal when there’s no power socket nearby. The waterproof housing (IP65) protects the smart camera from water and allows it to be mounted outside without any worries. The camera can be easily connected to your existing Wi-Fi network to monitor your home or garden and record any sound or motion, whether you’re at home or away. The Nedis SmartLife app alerts you to any motion so you can take action in time.

Battery operated
Once the camera is charged, you are ready to use it as a security camera or to keep a close eye on your property. Depending on the number of recordings, it can last a few months on a single charge. On average, when recording 10 events per day, the battery lasts up to 5 months. However, in combination with the solar panel, the battery is always charging. Charging can be affected by temperature.

Full HD resolution
You can monitor and react to everything you see in real time via the Nedis SmartLife app. The ability to pan 350° and tilt 70° offers more flexibility to get the perfect view. Thanks to the micro SD slot you can store recordings on a micro SD card of up to 128 GB (not included). It records in Full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) for full clarity of the captured images. There is also an option to store the video footage in our app via a cloud solution (subscription based).

Responds to movement
The camera responds to movements, so when someone passes the Wi-Fi camera within the 120-degree field of view, it will react. Thanks to the AI ​​Human Motion Detection, it analyzes the shapes of people, so you can set it to detect only the movements of people, saving you from unnecessary alarms. If you want, it will automatically start recording and, in addition, you will receive a push notification on your smartphone. The notifications are displayed as pop-up messages on your smartphone without having to open the app. This allows you to be immediately informed and react very quickly. The multi-user function even allows several people to access the camera at the same time.

Night vision
The camera also sees clearly at night through the color night vision function with a range of approx. 10.0 meters. The camera has a spotlight function to see color at night thanks to the 4 pieces improved IR LEDs and 4 pieces spots.

Two-way communication
The Wi-Fi camera is equipped with a microphone and speaker with noise reduction. The two-way audio communication works perfectly to talk to someone who is near the camera. So you can talk to him or her even when you are not at home. The camera has a 120° wide-angle camera lens. This allows a very large surveillance radius. In addition, the camera also supports an alarm and siren function to deter intruders.

Easy to set up
The Wi-Fi camera can be installed without a gateway and integrated directly into your wireless network - this simplifies installation and saves additional costs. It comes with an external antenna to improve the Wi-Fi signal up to 70 meters in open space and up to 15 meters over the wall. The camera receives power via rechargeable batteries or can be charged with the included solar panel. Therefore, you can set up the Wi-Fi camera even if there is no power outlet nearby. A wall-ceiling camera mount is included for placing the camera on the walls of your house, but also a strap to attach the camera to a tree, for example.
