This Nedis SmartLife Water Control and Irrigation Control turns the 'dumb' outdoor tap into a smart and remote-controlled outdoor tap. From now on you can easily set schedules on your smartphone or operate it directly with the built-in button. Trust that this smart water control will now take over the irrigation and watering of your garden and plants, completely on autopilot and even when you are not at home. Mount this Bluetooth® Water Control between the tap connection and the garden hose or sprinkler (without any additional tools required) and connect it to the Nedis SmartLife app via Bluetooth®.
The SmartLife app offers the possibility to quickly and easily set up an irrigation or plant watering schedule. So that the tap only opens and the plants get water when you want it. Up to 3 separate schedules per week. In addition to the 'tap open - tap closed' schedule, it is also possible to set a watering interval, with which the tap opens for a shorter time (5 sec - 1 min) to prevent flooding. From now on you can go on holiday or leave your house without having to ask your neighbours or friends to water the plants.
You can also quickly check and measure the water output (liters per day) because the SmartLife app displays a graph of the water output per day for the past 10 days.
The Smart Water Control is IP54 waterproof and battery powered (batteries not included) making it 100% wireless without the need for a power outlet nearby. 4 full AA batteries will last up to 6 months. With a universal 3/4" outlet thread and a 1” inlet thread. It also comes with a 3/4" inlet threat adapter
Since it is a Bluetooth device, you are completely location independent and no Wi-Fi connection is required. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that you are within 50 m Bluetooth® range when you want to change the watering schedule.
