Control your garden electrical appliances (e.g. lights, sprinklers, heaters) easily with this Nedis Smart Zigbee Power Plug from your smartphone wherever you are or by using a simple voice command to your Google Home or Amazon Alexa device. It can also be controlled with Siri using Commands.
In addition to live control, you can also set a schedule to turn on/off at preferred times or based on sunrise/sunset. This can be done for your own convenience when you are at home, or to simulate your presence when you are actually away to deter burglars.
By combining multiple smart plugs or other products from the Nedis SmartLife range, you can create smart scenes that can be activated all at once, or automations that are activated by a camera, button, motion sensor or smoke detector.
The plug works via the Zigbee 3.0 protocol and is ideal for use in places where there is no stable wifi signal via the router, such as in the garage. By connecting the socket via your gateway, you create a mesh network via this socket, making it very easy to have a smart socket in places with a poor wifi connection
Timer and schedule function
Thanks to the timer function, your devices will switch off automatically or you can set a weekly schedule to switch the device on and off. This saves time and of course a lot of energy, because your devices only run when you really need them. In the Nedis SmartLife app you can easily create schedules for when you are not at home or on holiday. You can switch on a lamp or the TV to simulate your presence and deter burglars from breaking in.

The integrated power meter allows you to view both live and historical power readings from the smart plug, so you can see how much electricity a product is using or has used for each day of the past year.
You can also set the power meter as a trigger to operate another smart device or to send you a push notification on your phone to inform you when the washing machine is finished, or when it is using more energy than usual, which may indicate a need for maintenance.
