Description
Insert a VHS-C video tape into the Nedis VCON110BK VHS-C video tape converter to record on the video tape or play the video tape back on a standard VHS video recorder. Insert an AA battery (not included) to automatically open the front cover and load or unload the video tape. Please note that 8 mm video tapes are not compatible with VCON110BK. Only video tapes with the VHS-C logo may be used.
When using the VCON110BK with a VHS player and a VHS-C video tape, please note the following information and precautions:
• Over the years, your VHS player and VHS video tape may have accumulated dust and grease that is not always visible to the naked eye and may have caused damage to your video tapes or recorder before use. We recommend that you use a VHS cleaner for your equipment.
• Before inserting a VHS-C video tape, check that the VHS-C video tape has not been taught. If it has, you can reduce the tension on the video tape by unwinding the video tape head gear ¼ turn (90 degrees).
• Use only the normal playback function of your VHS player and avoid fast forwarding or rewinding if possible. This will prevent unnecessary overload of your VHS-C video tape.

First wind the tape all the way forward and then all the way back before pressing the play button on the VCR
